Proving art doesn’t just belong on the wall, sculptural style is all about pieces that serve both an aesthetic and practical purpose.

Regardless of your design style, sculptural pieces bring personality and interest to any interior space – even just one statement piece can elevate your style from ho-hum to haute couture!

We took a look at some stand out interiors from all over the world to see how this 2022 trend is being executed.

PARIS HOUSE DESIGNED BY GULMAN INTERIORS

The curve factor is a key component of sculptural style; curved sofas, curved walls and curved decor. We adopted the curve appeal into our Parker Range. Our debut piece from the range, the Curve Three Seater Lounge, was such a crowd-pleaser that it’s back again – available for a October pre-order.

To compliment all the smooth lines and soft shapes of sculptural style, texture is a must. Bergman and Co used a combination of leather, stone and upholstery to create the sophisticated beauty that is the Dame Bar. Our Medusa Dining chairs (which are a sculptural delight in their own right) perfectly complemented the monotone aesthetic.
